Welcome to the services of "Qdays", a brand of "Medical Holidays SRL" Romania. We are here to deliver high quality affordable services, facilitating our customers in experiencing excellent medical services as well as a memorable holiday in Romania. We act as a close partner throughout your "Qdays" Experience ensuring your needs are covered. All of the products and services provided by our partners are closely analysed by the "Qdays" team, to ensure you receive the best of everything.
Here are some points of interest in the relationship between you and "Qdays".
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Our role is to act as a third party liaison between our partners and our clients. We will always endeavor to work in your best interest during our collaboration in all of the fields we are involved with. The medical quote you will receive reflects the treatment plan and cost agreed by you and our partner. The quoted sum will not change during the treatment provided the information sent by you is accurate at the time of your arrival. In the event there are additional medical costs due to complications during the treatment, these costs will be covered by our medical partners. All of the procedures detailed in the treatment plan should be fully understood - if there is any aspect you do not understand in the treatment plan, do read our online brochure for an explanation, or come back to us for clarification. The medical quote is payable upon completion of the medical services and payment will be taken by our medical partner responsible for the works afferent.
Some medical procedures will require more than one visit to complete the treatment. You will be made aware of this upon receiving the treatment plan. Flights and accommodation as well as any holiday services will need to be agreed upon in order to cover all required visits.
Please note that all medical procedures have a risk attached to them and in the case of esthetic surgery there may be dissatisfaction with the final outcome.
We will not be held responsible for medical procedure disputes. Our liability is limited to a duty of care in our capacity as a third party facilitator governed by Romanian Law.
1.2. a) Our holiday quotes will include all or some of the following: accommodation, tours and points of interest entries. Airport transfers and hotel to clinic transfers are provided free of charge by our team. In the event there are additional costs due to complications these costs will be covered by you. These costs refer to accommodation and or flight and exclude medical costs - please see point 1.
1.2. b). Other quotes for any of our other services are as agreed.
All of our quotes are valid for a period of 28 days from the date on the invoice.
1.3. Upon confirmation of your medical treatment quote and your holiday quote payment in full for the latter will be required. This is fully refundable in case you wish to cancel your visit and inform us of this in writing via e-mail at email@example.com with at least 72 hours in advance. All cancellations with less than 72 hours advance notice will be 50% refundable. Payment can be made by electronic transfer or bank transfer. We will need confirmation of the payment in the form of a bank receipt scanned and e-mailed or faxed.
1.4. We will collect personal information from you in order to co-ordinate and facilitate the services that are requested by yourself. Personal information collected may include, but is not limited to:
- Your name and address
- Date of Birth
- Passport and Travel details
- Contact details, mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses
- Medical information (as per your sent information)
- Personal Data from the website
- Partner information.
It is important that you provide timely and accurate information in order for us to deliver the service to you. Failure to provide the information may result in "Qdays" or our service partners delaying or being unable to provide the services to you.
In providing a quote and service to you "Qdays" may disclose information to its partners and service providers. "Qdays" will take reasonable care to ensure that our partners/service providers are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in regards to protecting your personal information.
2. About Remedial Care
2.1. In the event a customer needs to return for remedial care, these works shall be provided by the partner clinic which has initially completed your medical treatment plan. Accommodation, flights and airport transfers will be provided by "Qdays" at no cost to you. Please note these apply to the works finalised by our medical partners and to the guarantee offered on the works. In the event of a dispute between you and our medical partners, this would be conducted under the laws of the country in which your operation took place unless otherwise agreed. Please note we will provide accommodation, flights and airport transfer only in the case in which the clinic responsible for the treatment accepts that works needed fall under their guarantee.
3. About Complaints:
3.1 Qdays takes every complaint seriously. We request that all complaints are made in writing and sent for our attention online using the contact form on our website or via post to Qdays Str. Mihai Viteazu 2, Brasov, Romania
You will receive a reply within fourteen working days of us getting your complaint.
4. How we handle information:
"Qdays" takes all practical precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and or disclose is complete and correct, however, the accuracy of the information is subject largely to the details you submit.
4.1. We will deal with all correspondence with you by fax, email and telephone in respect of planned medical treatment, medical information, and holiday and concierge details. We assure you that we will ensure confidentiality of information to our best efforts.
4.2. "Qdays" presents information, products and services through our website. When you utilise our site, the web server records anonymously detail, including time, date and URL of the request. The information is used to augment and develop the configuration of our site and monitor ongoing website performance.
4.3. "Qdays" may use web site 'cookies'. Cookies are an industry standard and most major web sites use them. A cookie is a small text file that our web sites may place on your computer. Usually, cookies are used as a means for our web sites to remember your preferences. As such, cookies are designed to improve your experience of our web sites.
4.4. Medical advice given in this web site is intended to be accurate and to the best of our knowledge. Any advice given should be discussed and thoroughly understood with our medical partners before proceeding with the treatments.

6. How we handle Sensitive Information
6.1. "Qdays" may collect personal information that is 'sensitive information', and may relate to health or medical details.
Sensitive information will be used or disclosed only for the purpose required and forwarded only to the third party intended or as required by law. Where medical information is required to be transferred to a third party, this will be done so for the sole purpose of determining the best suitable medical plan our partners can provide.
6.2. Please remember that medical information provided by or through "Qdays" must be considered as an educational service only. The information sent through e-mail should not be relied upon as a medical consultation. This mechanism is not designed to replace a physician's independent judgment about the appropriateness or risks of a procedure for a given patient. We will do our best to provide you with information that will help you make your own health care decisions.
7.1. "Qdays" is a trademark owned by "SC Medical Holidays SRL" Romania - a limited company registered with the Romanian Trade Registry, Ministry of Tourism and all afferent authorities as a Tourism Agency identified by the Trade Registry Code: 26291671. We do not offer medical or legal advice. Our aim is to provide our customers access to quality, world-class medical services at affordable prices while also providing holiday related services.
7.2. We partner our customers during this journey to provide a quality service. We can not however accept any responsibility for the outcome of any medical or surgical treatment you receive based on any information you receive from us. We act as facilitators introducing our customers to our service partners and provide the logistics of organising the treatment.
