This procedure is done using the dental surgical laser (Er;Cr;YSGG). Our partner dentist is one of the few dentists in Romania to use a dentistry surgical laser. Usually no anaesthesia (or local) is used to uncover the dental implant without bleeding which leaves very little or no scaring, followed by inserting the prosthetic root to complete the dental implant in the following 2-3 days. 3. Pre-Prosthetic Gingivoplastia using Laser. Surgery on Maxilla and Mandibula

Under local infiltrative anaesthetics laser gingivoplastia intervention is done to aesthetically re-contour and coronal elongation, for future prosthetic dental root works.

The effects are easily visible, aesthetic, with little bleeding, without using a scalpel with a quick recovery expected - all of these being important in the completion of prosthetic work. A dental prosthesis can be rested on dental implants or can be anchored to healthy teeth. A fixed dental prosthesis is a major help, especially when this is an affordable and viable option. 4. Implant Surgery Left Mandible
