Payments

We aim to make the payment process as simple as possible to ensure you are aware of all the costs involved - be it travel, medical or holiday costs.

While we make sure to find the best flight for you at the lowest price possible we would ask you to purchase the ticket yourself. We will make sure to recommend the tickets matching the treatment plan schedule given by the doctors.

Our partner clinics will issue a detailed medical treatment abroad plan including costs and treatment stages for cosmetic dental treatment, laser eye surgery, cosmetic surgery abroad and orthopedic surgery. This is payable directly to the clinic upon the completion of each stage in the plan. As soon as you have received a medical quote, you can expect our partner clinics to treat that as an exact quotation. The items listed in your treatment plan will not suffer any price variation during your treatment.

You will also receive a holiday quote, detailing the accommodation you have booked and the sightseeing trips you've opted for. As we are a fully licensed travel agency, accommodation will be booked directly through us, and payment will be made at to the accommodation provider. Nevertheless you may want to add extras after you have arrived. You can do this by talking to your account manager who will inform you about availability.
